Beyond Thanks

with Sheryl Card

How does living gratefully differ from simply saying thanks? What are its roots and
research-backed benefits? And can it possibly make a difference in a struggling world?
This dynamic session will include gratefulness practices you can use right away in your
daily life, resources for the road ahead, and plenty of joy!
Contemporary research now demonstrates what wisdom and spiritual traditions around
the globe have taught for millennia: living gratefully is a transformative way of life. More
than just gratitude for the good stuff (important, yes!), living gratefully is a way of
showing up with presence and awareness to all of life. It’s an invitation to experience life
as a gift and take nothing for granted.
This special event is free and open to all.
